Return & Refund Policy

At Oroon Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oroonlifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
